LGs 2009 range of flat panel televisions incorporates Smart Energy Saving technology. These functions, if chosen, allow users to minimise power consumption compared to normal operating options. The backlight control function controls the brightness of the TV allowing adjustment for brightness better suited for the viewing environment. The screen off function lets you switch off the screen while keeping the sound or music alive. Extra energy saving can be made with the use of Mechanical OFF switch which reduces power consumption to almost zero watts.
Clear Voice
